Q- Your Postage is expensive, is there a cheaper option?
A- Unfortunately the only company licensed to carry live insects is Royal mail, We use the special next day delivery service in order for you to receive your delivery the very next day.
Q- What happens if i introduce a queen and it fails?
A- Unfortunately introduction isnt a guaranteed process as there are so many factors which are out of our control we are unable to accept liability and would not send a replacement.
Q- When i receive my queen/s what should i do?
A- Queens should be introduced as soon as possible
Q- My Introduction failed
A- If your introduction failed then ask yourself why and what went wrong? There is a strong possibility there is a virgin queen in there which killed your new queen, you need to ensure that you kill any virgins in the hive and ensure it is queenless before any introduction.
Q- How long before queen starts laying?
A- Generally 3 weeks after leaving its cage, if it fails to lay after this period then we will replace providing we have the old queen returned
Q- What happens if the Queen arrives dead?
A- We offer a live arrival guarantee but in the unfortunate event of receiving a dead queen please do not open the cage, send a video of the dead queen in its cage next to the delivery envelope, we will then send you a replacement, (without evidence of unopened caged queen next to packaging a replacement wont be sent)
